Sorry for not updating this earlier. Due to time constraints, HGTV decided to start the show with local Californians and are supposed to make the trip to Baltimore in January. Stay tuned!
I can make just about anything—from small wedding invitation frames to large kitchen backsplashes and buffet tops. I almost always work off-site. Large installations are created on mesh or plywood, which is installed once the piece is complete.
Large jobs and pet portraits are priced by the square foot and usually include materials; fees range from $75 (pique assiette and your plates) to $400 (for serious representational work) per square foot. I can work within most budgets, though, using thick tiles as borders to cut down on costs. It's easy to make mosaics affordable and still gorgeous.
Art and utilitarian objects are priced by the piece. Please inquire if you see something you like or might want made with your own shards and souvenirs of a loved one's life.
If you have a project you'd like to discuss, please email me at lesliefmiller@lesliefmiller.com.
